Pay It Forward {Round 2}

Last year, I signed up for a Pay It Forward...I am a little embarrassed to say that I completely forgot about it until Kelly contacted me for my address to send my handmade goodies.  She sent me this cute fabric basket {and a few other goodies that I didn't take pictures of...sorry!}:

Perhaps you noticed that this is round two?  I signed up for another pay it forward...so, I'm asking three of you to sign up too...here are the details, please read the rules carefully before signing up!
