29/52 :: Sand Castles
I mentioned in a previous post that this little boy hated sand. Well, that phase seems to have passed him by. His dad got home from work early yesterday so we took a family outing to the beach {equipped with sand toys in hopes of some better beach luck than last time}. They seemed to do the trick. As fast as dad could build the sand castles, Silas was smashing them with his rake and shovel. Now we'll have to plan some more trips!

I do notice that he is pretty well covered up ;-) I'm not for sand either, but I love to hear the surf crashing against the shore.
ReplyDeleteSilas is precious!
ReplyDeleteNow I have the itch to go to the beach, it's only about 1 1/2 hours away.
So funny how little ones are, my oldest would not walk on grass. Never quite figured it out, but she got over her weirdness! LOL
Have a great weekend Jennie!

That is a beautiful picture. You should put it up in your house. I love the way the water looks behind him.
