Catching Up!

I've got a few random things to blog about, so I'm jumping in on a Saturday to get myself {and you all!} caught up.  First, don't you just love that mini quilt?  I do, and it's mine.  I received it in the Doll Quilt Swap 11 from Katy {Lethargic Lass} from Ottawa, CA {I've actually been there!}. There were tons of lovely quilts this round {as always}, but this one especially caught my eye...so I was beyond thrilled to receive it!
Next, congratulations to Jenny of Cut.Iron.Sew.Repeat.  Her Recovery Quilt was selected by the RNG as the winner of the July {yikes, I am so behind!} Stash Project!
She'll receive the Lizzy bag pattern and this cute yard of Dill Blossom Screen Print by SEI for Robert Kaufman.
It is also not too late to enter to win this adorable charm pack of Sophie {I got myself one too!} by entering your Stash Project in this month's giveaway.

And, because it's been requested, here's an updated bump photo.  I'm about 27 weeks now {and got to spend this morning giving blood and drinking the glucose drink {yum! not really!}, fortunately, I got a bit ahead of myself {or back on track} and had my next embroidery block to work on!

My last order of business, my mom and I think it's about time we had a regular giveway around here...so, the question is, what would you like to win?  Fabric?  Something handmade?  Supplies?  Embroidery things?  A Quilt Shop Gift Certificate?  Leave a comment and we'll have something fun posted for everyone later next week!  Happy weekend.

    Love fabric. Quilt shop gift certificates are ok too. Ah I remember those days when I was young and having babies. It is the best time of your life. Got to love those soft cheeks.

    How happy you look! As for winning, for me it's always abour fabrics. I live in a rural area and can't get out to shop as much as I'd like...so winning fabric is always a bonus!

    The big stitch hand quilting is fabulous. It has inspired me to give it a try. You look healthy and happy and I pray the same for your new baby. Love your colorful blog. Seem to be having a heck of a time trying to post a comment though. This will be my last attempt. Ramona

    My favorite give aways are fabric. I don't find any quilting shops around here. Just my opinion.

    You look A.MAZ.ING!!! Your new quilt will look great on your line hanging in your room. As far as giveaways, I think it is good to mix it up.     I love the baby bump. Been over 23 years since I had one of those. LOL I love winning fabric, but would also love embroidery stuff. I'm not picky, though, so anything is fine with me.

    i love all your embroidery tutorials, so maybe some embroidery supplies or tools? fabric is always lovely too.
    i despised the glucose test too- yuck! hopefully it comes back fine- you look healthy and lovely!
