Stash Project: Doll Quilt Swap 11

Here is my finished Doll Quilt for the Flickr Swap.  I used some leftover charm squares of Whimsy that I cut down, and then added some little embroidery designs to the solid squares and rectangles.  I think it turned out really sweet.  Here's a closeup of some of the embroideries:

These are lighter colors than my swap partner usually uses, but they seem to be something she would like, so I'm hoping I guessed right!  But, I really love it so much too...so I'm thinking I may have to make a larger version out of this:

If you made something using your stash this month and you'd like to share it with us us, please link up below and you'll be entered for a chance to win a charm pack of a fabric I'm newly drooling over, Sophie by Chez Moi for Moda {yum!}!

When linking up, please make sure to follow our few simple rules, and visit some of the other great stash projects too! The giveaway will close when the linky closes, on August 31.

P.S. I know I still haven't drawn a winner for the last Stash Project...check back tomorrow! Sorry!

  1. Beautiful doll quilt! I can see myself getting into these in a few years! Is there a limit on the amount of stash projects to link? Just wondering. Thanks for the chance to win some lovely fabric!
