I've seen the blogs for a Project 365 {one photo a day for a year}, and think it's a great idea, but I know I can't accomplish it! However, when I saw the Project 52 {one photo a week for a year}, I thought that was something I could accomplish. I would like to develop my photography skills, my editing skills, and take more
good pictures of Silas, so I figured this is the perfect opportunity. Since I'm a week behind, I will have one extra photo thrown in somewhere. Oddly, I don't have any great photos yet this year, so I though I'd post my best recent one {from Christmas Eve}. This will also keep me accountable to take photos of Silas, since sometimes I forget, and they change so much each day at this age {tooth #1 just poked through on Saturday!}, this way I'll have a great record. Flickr group too!

oh, silas is just such a cutie. i've been thinking about doing a project 52 this year too... though if i procrastinate making my decision any longer if will be more like a project 46... :)
